California offers reciprocity for the Electrician license. AZ, LA, MS, NV, NC reciprocity (AZ C-11 maps to CA C-10); law exam still required
What reciprocity actually gets you
Reciprocity is not a licence transfer. Where California grants it, the effect is usually that CSLB — C-10 Electrical Contractor waives part of the examination for someone already licensed and in good standing elsewhere. You still submit a California application, and the state's other conditions still apply.
